Production on your order begins as soon as you hit submit. Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be processed after the time allowed.
Custom orders once approved cannot be cancelled. They are subject to a restocking fee up to 30% if cancelled.
If items cannot be cancelled, they may be eligible for stock balancing or return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
