Aiya Designs is all about partnership. Your purchases are backed by dollar for dollar against any of our lines.
Discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be processed after the time allowed. By accepting merchandise, the purchaser agrees to pay their entire bill or is liable for collections costs, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs.
No returns will be accepted without a valid RA#. Authorized returns must be made in original condition, including all wrappings and extras provided, along with a copy of the invoice inside the box, and the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box.
No refund will be given for special orders, sized, or altered pieces. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee if not eligible for or refusal of stock balancing.
Stock Balancing Process:
- Please download the Stock Balance Form
- Fill form and request a return authorization (RA#) to email@example.com.
- Upon receipt of an RA#, box the items authorized for return in the box with the copy of the RA# form.
(Note: Write the RA# on the outside of the box next to the address)
Returns sent to us without a RA# will be returned to the sender as we cannot accept packages without the RA# and the RA form filled and authorized.
If multiple authorized returns are being shipped in the same package, write/place additional RA#s on the return package.
Previously stock balanced items are ineligible for future stock balance unless otherwise authorized.
Merchandise must be shipped with pre-paid postage to the address indicated on the RA form. Aiya Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Processing for returns or repairs will begin after package is delivered to us. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Control team before a refund is processed.
