• Items offered on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to impose a quantity limit on any order, reject any or all parts of an order, and discontinue items without prior notice. All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice based on fluctuations in raw materials such as gold and diamonds.

Retailer Login:

• Retailer Log in is only available to retailers that are in the jewelry business and approved by accounting. Aiya Designs has the right to refuse or revoke log in privileges without explanation or notice at any time. Certain fields are required for account set up to be completed. The Aiya Designs accounting department may ask for proper documentation prior to access. Credit card accounts will require a valid card on file before orders can be placed. The information provided in the credit application will be used to contact you about your orders, billing, and collections. This information is for our accounting department only and no further explanation will be given regarding credit limits on orders. Orders placed through the website might require a credit card, even for established accounts.
